Matt Salzberg is Co‐Founder and CEO of Blue Apron, the leading fresh ingredient and recipe delivery service. Under Matt’s leadership, Blue Apron has grown into a nationwide brand, delivering ingredients for millions of meals each month to its home chefs.

Before founding Blue Apron, Matt worked at both Bessemer Venture Group and The Blackstone Group as an investment professional. Matt is also a General Partner at Aspiration Growth, a private investment fund that invests in venture and growth companies. He serves on the Board of Directors of Embark Veterinary, a next generation genetics company serving dog owners.

Matt received the 2015 New York EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and has been named to Inc. Magazine’s 35 under 35 list and Crain’s 40 Under 40 list. He holds an A.B. in economics, summa cum laude, and an MBA, both from Harvard University.
