In this session the participants go through a couple of exercises that highlights how and why diversity drives innovation. It is about finding new and innovative opportunities and ideas by leveraging different perspectives and making people bring their whole selves to work. We use any kind of diversity: Gender, age, ethnicity, function, education, interests etc. The participants will:
- Look beyond their professional roles
- Form effective work groups
- Experience directly how their differences can be leveraged for innovation
- Discuss the business case for diversity
